Product Overview With the state of the local and global economies it is obvious that there is going to be a change in the way business is going to be done. Transportation is certainly not immune to this situation. In discussions with transportation companies throughout the country, we have found that there are two distinct schools of thought. First some companies are taking the approach of “status quo” and simply waiting for times to change and then continue as they have for the past 20+ years. We believe this business model is destined to falter if not fail. The second group of companies is taking the approach of being “pro active” and looking to retool to put themselves into a much stronger and better position to expand and grow in the future, which will become more difficult as the federal motor carrier safety administration continues to require more from transportation companies at their cost. Our aggressively developed products for this market segment aligns perfectly with the new products that developed. These products will reduce the trucking companies costs associated with labor, fuel, tires and increase vehicle longevity. These products will improve equipment utilization, better overall profitability through improved knowledge by utilizing technology to the fullest. In reviewing our products and the service industry, we found that this industry aligned very well with our strategy and provided a shorter sales cycle than the trucking industry, while having profitable companies with easy access. Product Utilization: The first product developed was Driver’s Automated Dispatch (D.A.D.). D.A.D. was designed to improve the dispatch process by creating rule sets. These rule sets allow the trucking company to set priorities within the system that will filter the loads and trucks available into a virtual match for dispatching. The rule sets can be set by distance from load, hours available, profitability, ranked driver or some method beneficial to this particular trucking company. Driver’s Automated Dispatch (D.A.D.) is a SaaS (Software as a Service) tool that can use GPS (global position systems) to create mapping, routing, optimization, mileage, tracking, etc. to provide valuable information needed in the dispatching function. This information is also valuable within the overall fleet management system to reduce data entry. The utilization of this information throughout the systems allows D.A.D. to be a single entry integrated solution. The application also is poised well for freight brokerage companies and third party logistics due to the end to end business capabilities and carrier services. D.A.D. is currently being used within a number of trucking companies throughout North America. During the initial marketing the D.A.D. system, feedback from prospects and our sales force found that with very minor adjustments to the software it could be utilized by other industries for other purposes. This was when we decided to produce the Service Fleet Tracking (SFT) system. SFT is now being used for tracking, maintenance scheduling, billing as well as various other purposes throughout the fleets using this valuable tool. D.A.D. is to develop forward within the existing products and seek opportunities into new areas when available. The areas to be developed from this offering are: Shop Maintenance, E-Logs, oil field mapping and outside accounting integration. DAD and our revolutionary technique of reducing (eliminating) dispatch interaction while allowing the driver to select his loads is a whole new step in technology use for the trucking industry. We have the goal of a product that cuts labor expense and reduces operating costs within the truck. A further benefit is the improved quality of life for the driver. Management: Jay Mitchell has spent over 30 years marketing software products and working within the trucking industry. During this same period of time Mr. Mitchell has started and managed various other technology based companies. Mr. Mitchell has spent considerable time designing the system architecture for what is now known as DAD (Driver’s Automated Dispatch). He has invested heavily in this project through detailed development, investigation into competition, and the technologies currently available (both as competition and for RHS to use) and then his travel throughout the U.S. to accomplish these functions and discuss the possibilities with clients.
