Equals Books Self Hosted

Equals Books is an Enterprise Resource Planning software. It is built with an enterprise level framework known as Symfony ( a popular PHP framework). It was built with a 15 years collaborative experience.

Before we process; first what is an ERP;

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is the integrated management of main business processes, often in real time and mediated by software and technology. ERP is usually referred to as a category of business management software typically a suite of integrated applications that an organization can use to collect, store, manage and interpret data from many business activities. ERP systems can be local-based or cloud-based. Cloud-based applications have grown in recent years due to the increased efficiencies arising from information being readily available from any location with Internet access.

By default it is built as a SAAS based software which allows you to resell the service to other customers.

Equals Books is built for small and medium scale organizations, not recommended for large organizations

Equals Books does not suppose multiple language, it is strictly based in English, by default NGN currency (currency can be modified for free)

Equals Books database is manage with PostgreSQL, one of the most enterprise level relation database management system.

Target industries includes Schools, Hospitals, Store and almost other industries that manages inventory, sales, purchase, accounting, employee management and so on.

System requirements:

Linux (debian based distro)

2gb ram for single organization

4gb or more for SAAS

AWS recommended because it has S3 integration

PostgreSQL database
